- All Cheese can be frozen for up to one year and have a 3 week shelf life in refrigeration.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing on orders. We are a very small business, and it takes weeks for many flavors to age, so we don't always have every flavor in stock. If you need it sooner, please email us ahead of time.
- We ship all orders out on Monday's with 2 day shipping.
- Please put packages directly into refrigeration or freezer upon arrival.
- We are not responsible for forgotten packages.
