A firm aged cheddar block that ages for 4 weeks with a natural rind topped with fresh ground black pepper. This cheese is semi-firm, sharp and has strong allium notes. Great for grating when frozen on literally everything, melting or simply just snacking with crackers.
This award winning cheese is a fan favorite that has been recognized nationally year after year. Made from a combination of our cultured cashew base and house soy yogurt, this cheese gets mixed with Pacific Northwest grown onions that are caramelized and folded in, then layered and topped with a coconut sugar & balsamic glaze. Savory, sweet, delicious.
Our cave aged brie is a true fan favorite! It’s a creamy cheese with an edible, white bloomy rind. The rind is made from edible mold called Penicillium candidum and ripens the cheese from the outside in, creating a creamy layer just under the surface. Its flavor is typically mild, buttery, and earthy, but becomes more pungent as it ages. This is a must try cheese, hands down.
